Attorney Alexander J. Segal has made it his life’s mission to help immigrants in need. He founded The Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal, PLLC with attorney Eliza Grinberg to provide immigrants with a law firm that is dedicated to protecting their rights. Mr. Segal has extensive experience representing clients in virtually every area of immigration law, including working in the complex area of deportation and immigration detention. Mr. Segal has extensive immigration litigation experience, allowing him to successfully represent clients before Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts of both Circuit as well as District levels. Mr. Segal has continuously represented clients before the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services in connection to various immigration petitions. Mr. Segal dedicates a substantial portion of his immigration practice to appellate work such as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and U.S.

Eliza Grinberg is a founding partner at the Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal, P.L.L.C., with over 16 years experience in all areas of Immigration Law. Ms. Grinberg is an experienced and well-respected immigration litigation attorney, who has successfully represented immigrant clients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Ohio and Texas Immigration Courts. She has also successfully represented clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Ms. Grinberg is dedicated to providing personalized service to all her clients, with minute attention to detail. In addition to her extensive immigration litigation practice, Ms. Grinberg represents individuals in Battered Spouse Petitions and family-based petitions. Ms. Grinberg excels in representing clients with complex immigration issues, which require a non-standard approach and an impeccable knowledge and understanding of the Immigration Law and Regulations. She constantly strives to keep abreast of all new Immigration Law developments.

WENDY R. BARLOW, ESQ.

Wendy R. Barlow is an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal, P.L.L.C. Ms. Barlow has over five (5) years of experience in immigration law working first as a law clerk and currently as an attorney. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, but has represented clients throughout the United States with their immigration issues. Working in a small law firm over the past five (5) years has allowed Ms. Barlow to gain valuable immigration litigation experience. This experience allows her to successfully represent clients before the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and assist in actions before the Federal Courts.
