As such, unless the Firm has agreed to represent you as your attorney-of-record, and unless you have entered into a written agreement with the Firm, signed by one of the Firm's attorneys, neither the attorney providing the answer or consultation nor the Firm shall be viewed or become your attorney-of-record, regarding any matter including the subject matter of your question or legal consultation. 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND that an answer to your question via MyAttorneyUSA; exchange of email messages and/or any other exchange of electronic communication does not continues a "written agreement" needed to form an attorney-client relationship between you and the Firm, in the same manner as our reply to any of your electronic communication does not constitute a "signature" for purposes of validating the "written agreement" between you and the Firm. Hence, neither is sufficient to form an attorney client relationship between you and the Firm. Only formal engagement of the Firm by you create the attorney-client relationship and thus makes you the client of the Firm. To formally engage the Firm you would need to request a formal Retainer Agreement from the Firm, execute the Agreement by manually signing it in all appropriate places and returning it to the Firm by regular mail, and not via email or any other form of electronic communication. Once received, the Retainer will be reviewed and manually signed by the Firm's designated attorney. Once the Retainer Agreement is fully executed, you will be provided a copy of the Retainer Agreement and the Firm will keep the original Retainer Agreement in your file with the Firm. Only once the Retainer Agreement is fully executed and the requisite retainer fee is paid by you to the Firm, when applicable, will you become a client of the Firm and the attorney-client relationship  be created. Such relationship shall then persist until terminated by either you or the Firm in accordance with the terms spelled out in the Retainer Agreement. 

PLEASE FURTHER NOTE that at times, the law may require you to take action (i.e. file an application, file an appeal, file a petition for review, file a motion to reconsider/reopen, etc.) within a specified period of time or you will forever lose your rights to file for said relief or any other benefit to which you may be entitled under the law, depending on the circumstances of your case or legal matter. Please make sure that you verify the applicable time period in your case with an attorney of your choice, and take action on your own or through an attorney, prior to the expiration of the applicable time period. Unless formally engaged in the manner explained above, neither the Firm nor the attorney answering the question or providing legal consultation shall be considered your attorney-of-record. 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND that our responding to your questions or providing you legal consultation, DOES NOT make you a client of this Firm and DOES NOT create an attorney client relationship regardless of whether said response or consultation was provided for free or for a fee. Hence, such actions do not make either this Firm or the attorney providing the answer or consultation your attorney of record, regarding the subject of your question or legal consultation or any other subject for which you have not formally engaged the Firm in the manner set forth above.
