Can a deported person still be a legal US resident?

I’ve been deported for re-entry. My wife is a US citizen. My father is a US citizen, and so are my kids. I’ve been in the states since I was 2, and I am now 27 years old. Can I become a legal US resident?

It depends upon when you were deported for re-entry. I would need to review your immigration history. You may be able to become a resident, but it will depend upon a lot of factors including immigration violations, ties to the U.S., hardship on your family, etc. It would be best to meet in person to discuss the matter in more detail.
