Can I apply for a fiance visa for my boyfriend if he had already been deported?

My boyfriend was deported from the United States twice. We have been together for 7.5 years and would like to try to fix his papers. He is a citizen of Mexico. He was deported but nothing involving serious crimes like drugs or murder. Should I give this a try?

Your boyfriend will not be granted a fiancé visa. He is not eligible as he has been deported. Filing for a fiancé visa would merely be a waste of money.
