Can I keep my incarcerated husband here, instead of having him deported to Mexico?

My husband is incarcerated with ice and they are deporting him to Mexico how do I go about keeping him here? I have health issues my grandfather has health issues and our grandchild has severe health issues.

I would need additional information about your husband’s immigration history as well as more information about his incarceration. I would also need to know about your immigration status. Your husband may be able to challenge his removal, but there is just not enough information to see what can be done.
