Can I still legally come back to the US after I got deported due to illegal status 6 years ago?

I was deported in the US when I was 20 years old due to illegal status in 2005 and now almost complete with the 6 years ban. I am now married in my country for 2 years, and need to know if there is a way I could legally come and live in the US or have a waiver or something done for my case.

The answer depends upon what you mean by come back to the United States. If you are looking to come back through an immigrant visa petition, you will need a hardship waiver. This requires you to show extreme hardship to a qualifying relative who is a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. If you are looking to return as a visitor, there are waivers available, but you will have to convince an U.S. Embassy official that you will return upon expiration of your authorized stay. I would need additional information to assess the matter more fully.
