Can a person that almost completed his probation and was deported still go back to the US?

My husband was living in the U.S legally when he was falsely accused of lewdness with a minor under 14. He was in jail for 3 months and when the court date came around he took a lesser charge which was coercion. He was on probation almost completing 1 year when immigration picked him up and deported him. He has lived in El Salvador for almost 2 years now. We were married last month in Panama. What steps do I need to take to find out if he can come back to the U.S?

Unfortunately, it really depends upon the specific statute a person was charged with violating. It also depends upon the grounds he was deported under. Our office has extensive experience dealing with criminal issues, but would need to review the criminal disposition and related records to see what could be done to bring your husband back.
