LawQA.com's picture

I am a US citizen and I got deported from the US and both my parents are US citizens. I even got a valid US passport that was taken from me by ICE. It goes on, even my Canadian son acquired his US citizenship from me. My mother passed away after hearing this news. I have proof. Please I need help. I currently live on the streets of Jamaica. I am using a friend's email. Please reply if you can help.

If you are a United States citizen you cannot be deported from the U.S. However, it is your burden to prove you are a U.S. citizen. We would need additional information to determine how we can assist you. It is in your best interest to speak with an immigration attorney or have a friend/family member speak with an immigration attorney on your behalf.
