I need help. I have a brother that got deported in 2002 back to the Philippines. He got deported because he never got a letter from ICE and so he missed his court date. So they send him a letter for order of removal. Basically he is a U.S citizen through derivative citizenship. I'm looking for a lawyer for him to get recognized as a U.S citizen so he can come back to the US.

Our office can assist you with this matter. We would need to review your brother’s records to determine how to best proceed in this matter. The first step is to document how he derived citizenship. We would then move to help him obtain proof of citizenship so he could re-enter the United States.
