How can I help my boyfriend get out of jail for public intoxication?

My boyfriend was put in jail the last week of April for public intoxication. We have a 1 year old son together. He is at risk of being deported as we speak. He has been in the US since he was 8 years old, this is the only place he calls home. I'm doing my best without his help, with all the bills and raising my son all on my own. I need to find some way of getting him out of jail if there is any possible way. I'm begging for anyone's help. Please, if there is way I can get him out and get my family back together I would be forever grateful. My son needs his father.

It depends upon why your husband is being detained. If he is detained, because he is illegally in the country and has not previously been ordered deported you should try to contact the immigration officer in charge of his case. Your husband can also request to see an immigration judge and for bond to be set.
