How can I help my husband avoid deportation?

My husband has an order of deportation because of him missing his court hearing 3 years ago. We are now trying to fix his status and his lawyer says that it is pretty much impossible because he has no real excuse for missing the court hearing. We have been married 5 years had have 3 children. He is from El Salvador. Is there anything I can do to help him?

I would need to know more details about why your husband failed to appear before the Immigration Court. I would also need to know why he left El Salvador. There may be alternatives, but the matter needs to be discussed in more detail.
