I plan to marry my boyfriend in US, however, he was deported from Greece and there is deportation stamp in his passport. Will it effect his K1 application. Can it be denied because of that?

The fact that your boyfriend was previously deported from Greece should not affect his K-1 visa to the United States. However, if the U.S. Embassy/Consulate or USCIS have reason to believe that your will not be married, it could become a factor. It is best to make sure that you submit as much evidence as possible regarding your relationship and intent to marry within the 90 days.

Yes, your deportation will affect the K-1 visa application. You will not be issued a K-1 visa, because you were previously deported. You are better off marrying first and having your wife petition for you to receive an immigrant visa. You will need to also file an application for readmission after deportation and show hardship to your wife if you are not allowed into the United States.
